Meet Kojak, the spirited pure bred Rottweiler pup born on Pearl Harbor Day 2024! Even though he once had the loving guidance of his big sister, Xena, who crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025, Kojak is navigating the world with his puppy heart wide open. Uniquely, this little guy boasts a full tail—quite an uncommon trait for his breed! While he's tackling some fun challenges like not turning the furniture into his chew toys, managing the urge to shred every cloth in sight, and resisting the temptation of those oh-so-tasty socks and washcloths, his stubborn Rottweiler nature can sometimes land him in a bit of mischief. Follow along as we share the joyful adventures and everyday moments of our brave little hero, who's learning life lessons one paw at a time!

Kojak's Journey

Kojak is our beloved companion with a knack for making friends. Somehow trouble always seems to follow him around from tracking mud on our wood floors to chewing our cooking tools to disfiguring the furniture. He's just a playful, loveable character with good intentions and determination to just have fun!

Kojak is the third pure bred Rottweiler we've owned and despite the "general" opinion of Rotties he's a wonderful dog. He's playful (although the deeper concepts of "Fetch" still seems to elude him) and pretty smart especially when it comes to caging an extra treat or two. In the coming weeks, Kojak is going to obedience school for the first time!
